All electric bikes come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering the most important components as follows:

• Frame: 10 years against manufacturing defects
• Electric motor and motor components: 2 years
• Battery: 2 years
• Other electrical components: 2 years

We’re here to support you throughout the entire warranty process, so there’s no need to worry. We handle everything directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Contact us as soon as an issue arises

If you experience a problem with your bike, contact our customer service team by email, phone, or through the warranty form on our website. Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant photos or videos and your purchase information so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Fault assessment and inspection

One of our specialists will assess the situation and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If necessary, we’ll direct you to the nearest service centre or arrange transportation of the bike for a more detailed inspection. Your only responsibility is to report the issue and make the bike available for inspection.

Warranty claim processing and manufacturer communication

Once the issue has been confirmed as a warranty-covered defect, EbikeFactory will handle all communication with the manufacturer. We will provide the required information and documentation and order any necessary replacement parts. Warranty service may involve replacing a component, repairing the bike, or providing a replacement bike if the issue cannot be repaired.

Fast and hassle-free service

We ensure that all repairs are completed quickly and professionally. We take care of all service arrangements on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Returning your bike

Once the issue has been repaired or the defective part has been replaced, we’ll notify you and arrange for the bike to be returned or collected. We make sure everything is in proper working order before the bike is returned.

Costs covered under warranty

If the issue is covered by the warranty, repairs, replacement parts, and return shipping are completely free of charge. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we can offer a paid repair service and will provide a cost estimate before any work begins.
